We kicked out the old first floor tenant, renovated, and just got new tenants. Check out the before and after pics!

Snow!

While Dave is away "stuck" in Dublin on business, we got 8-10" of heavy wet snow. I cleared it!

Fallen Behind!

I have not been keeping up with the blog!

Quick summary:

• We have painted all the rooms now except the kitchen, which will wait until we re-do the cabinets.
• We replaced multiple outlets and light switches throughout the 2nd floor because many were painted over (LAZY former owner!!) and unusable.
• We hung curtains.
• We put some of the doors back on, and started replacing the old ugly brass doorknobs with brushed nickel ones.
  
• We put insulation on the exposed pipes in the basement.
• We put a new dryer hose in.
• We sealed up cracks with Great Stuff and repair mortar.
• We replaced the old round thermostat with a new programmable thermostat.
• We put additional shelves in the office closet (today!) to make it more useful in an office.
  

I'm probably forgetting a few things. I'm putting up some pictures of the fridge full of stuff, the mostly finished bathroom, and the before and after of the closet. :)
